Sergeant Chris Omeleze, the policeman who was apprehended on tape
requiring bribe from a motorist in Lagos and subsequently dismissed by
the Force after the video of his misdeeds went viral on the internet, is
supposedly an impostor too.
The disgraced policeman, it was disclosed, has been impersonating his classmate, Chris Omeleze, for over 21 years.
According to a passages TV report, Osugwor Festus is purportedly the ex-policeman’s genuine name and not Chris Omeleze.
Festus got employed into the policeman Force in 1992 allegedly with Chris Omeleze’s credentials and minutia which he used undetected for the past 21 years until he was dismissed on Tuesday.
It was learnt that Festus, who is from Umuseti in Nduka West LGA of Delta state, was classmates with the genuine Chris Omeleze.
They came to Ndemili syntax school and finished in 1987
