The hosts had been reduced to 10 men when leading 1-0 after Inigo Calderon was dismissed for his involvement in a challenge that left County's Byron Anthony with a double leg break but he earned a reprieve when the defender's red card was overturned on appeal after replays showed the clash with Anthony was accidental.
"It's justice," Oscar told The Argus ahead of Saturday's visit of Derby. "We saw live that it was a 50-50challenge. He wanted to touch the ball, not to injure the player."

Andrew Priestley: Hull City Tigers? They now sound more like a Rugby League team than a Football Club. Were the fans consulted? Probably not.
David Cann: Hull's name change is silly. Disregarding 109 years' worth of history for a "business move" which will make no difference at all.

Arsenal's Champions League opponents Fenerbahce's future in the competition is uncertain after they were handed a two-year European ban by Uefa over domestic match-fixing in June.
However, they were re-admitted to the competition pending an appeal at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas).
The decision on Fenerbahce is due to be announced at the end of the month, which could create a problem for Uefa if they progress and then lose their appeal.

More from Wigan manager Owen Coyle, who says there is no bid for James McCarthy: "Good players will always attract so-called interest. Interest for James and my players, in all due respect, has come from the media - as I sit here today I am very comfortable to tell you that I haven't had any enquiries or any offers for those players as yet.
"That may change given the nature of the transfer window and if it does we will deal with it on merit. We're very much a club that has always shown that we won't ever stand in players way if it is the right thing for the player and the football club nothing will change in that respect. If something comes in we will take it on its merit and decide where we go from there.
"But as we sit here just now there hasn't been any enquiries or offers for any of our players and long may that continue."

Owen Coyle on James McClean taking a pay cut to join Wigan from Sunderland ahead of Sunday's Community Shield clash against Manchester United: "We have all done silly things as young men. The bottom line is, having had a chat with him, as we always do, I know he is focused and just wants to concentrate on his football.
"If we get James McClean doing that, there is no doubt he is a huge talent. He took the Premier League by storm with his wing play; not only his quality on the ball but how hard he works off the ball for his team. He is a Republic of Ireland international. He has won 14 caps at a young age. There is no doubt he can go from strength to strength.
"He took a drop in salary to come, such was his desire to play football. That was fantastic to see in a young man. All too often in football, finance is the motivation for some players. To see a player prepared to come and take a step back because he believes it will eventually lead to two forward, it is great to have at your football club."
