 - Kaka has become the latest Real Madrid player to express his view that Tottenham Hotspur attacker Gareth Bale would be welcome at the Santiago Bernabeu.
 - Walsall have confirmed midfielder James Baxendale has been handed a new three-year contract.
 - Francesco Totti looks set to stay at Roma after the club revealed they will offer him a new contract in the Italian capital.
 - Bastia have signed Ivory Coast midfielder Romaric on a one-year contract, with the option of a further 12 months, following his departure from Real Zaragoza.
 - Schalke have denied reports that Kyriakos Papdopoulos is set to join Liverpool but would discuss any offers for the defender.

 - Cardiff City have completed the signing of Steven Caulker from Tottenham for a club record fee. The defender has signed a four-year contract.
 - A problem between Valencia and Roberto Soldado's agents is now the only issue holding up his move to Tottenham.
